Job Summary
The role involves conducting a comprehensive assessment of green awareness, practices, and readiness among MSMEs supported by the MESMER Program in Ethiopia. The consultant will design tools, collect and analyze data, engage stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations to integrate sustainability into business operations.
List of Duties
- Design data collection tools (questionnaires, interview guides, focus group outlines)
- Conduct surveys/interviews with ~250 MESMER-supported MSMEs
- Engage partners such as BDS SPs, banks, and government agencies
- Analyze findings to identify gaps and opportunities
- Prepare inception, draft, validation workshop, and final assessment reports
