About the Role

The role oversees all operational aspects of a Zemen Bank branch, driving financial performance, customer growth, digital initiatives, and staff engagement to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate branch functions to achieve bank strategy
• Manage financial targets including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation and FX generation
• Expand customer base and champion digital banking and IB usage
• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Encourage creativity and innovation at the branch level for bank-wide impact
• Create an empowered and engaged workforce at the branch
