The Site Engineer will supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring technical compliance, efficient resource use, and adherence to health and safety regulations while coordinating labor, subcontractors, and material procurement.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical adviser and supervisor on site
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Oversee day‑to‑day structural, civil or infrastructure work
- Check construction plans for accuracy
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates
- Compile progress logs and report challenges
- Coordinate workforce and subcontractors
