About the Role

The Customer Relationship Officer II builds and nurtures customer relationships within the district, focusing on retention, business development, cross-selling, and collection support to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer relationships and ensure regular engagement with priority clients
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through deposits, financing, digital banking, and transaction services
  • Support sourcing of quality financing leads and guide customers on requirements
  • Monitor customer activity and coordinate corrective action when needed
  • Assist in collection follow-up, early arrears monitoring, and delinquency communication
  • Coordinate with branches and district teams for timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain updated call reports, visit reports, relationship plans, and opportunity pipelines
