Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer relationships and engage priority clients
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships via deposits, financing and digital banking
- Support sourcing of quality financing leads and guide customers on requirements
- Monitor customer activity and coordinate corrective actions
- Assist in collection follow-up and delinquency communication
- Coordinate with branches and business teams for issue resolution
- Maintain updated call reports, visit reports and opportunity pipelines
- Escalate high-risk service or portfolio issues to management
