About the Role

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the district, driving business development through cross-selling of banking products, supporting financing follow-up, and ensuring effective collection and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer relationships and engage priority clients
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships via deposits, financing and digital banking
  • Support sourcing of quality financing leads and guide customers on requirements
  • Monitor customer activity and coordinate corrective actions
  • Assist in collection follow-up and delinquency communication
  • Coordinate with branches and business teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain updated call reports, visit reports and opportunity pipelines
  • Escalate high-risk service or portfolio issues to management
