Banking Business Officer

About the Role

Responsible for delivering professional banking services, supporting daily branch operations, promoting products, ensuring Shari’ah compliance, and maintaining customer relationships in an interest‑free Islamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional banking services to customers in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Support daily branch operations including customer service, account management, and transaction processing.
• Promote the bank’s products and services and assist in achieving branch business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with Shari’ah principles, banking regulations, and internal operational guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in deposit mobilization and other branch business development activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to branch operations.
• Support branch management in implementing operational plans and service improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
