Lead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning system for the F4B Project, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support adaptive management and donor accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the MEL framework and tools aligned with donor requirements
- Lead data collection activities (baseline, mid‑term, end‑line) and ensure quality through verification and cleaning
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to track progress and produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Train and mentor project staff on MEL processes and data use
- Document lessons learned and organize reflection sessions for program adaptation
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting standards and maintain secure filing systems
- Provide technical support for external evaluations or audits
