The MEL Officer will design, implement, and manage the monitoring, evaluation, and learning system for the F4B project, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support adaptive management and donor accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEL framework and tools
- Lead data collection activities and ensure quality
- Analyze data and produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Train staff on MEL processes and data use
- Document lessons learned and facilitate reflection sessions
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements
- Support external evaluations or audits
