Responsibilities
- Develop and implement gender strategy
- Conduct gender analysis for projects
- Provide technical support on gender-responsive approaches
- Create training materials on GBV prevention and empowerment
- Monitor gender indicators
- Design advocacy strategies aligned with national priorities
- Produce evidence-based policy briefs
- Coordinate engagement with government and CSO networks
- Represent the organization in public dialogues
- Lead gender-focused research and documentation
- Facilitate learning workshops
- Train staff and partners on gender equality
- Prepare donor reports and ensure compliance
