Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on heavy-duty trucks and machinery
- Perform complete overhauls of diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and high-pressure pumps
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize fleet uptime
- Mentor junior mechanics and enforce safety protocols
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs
