About the Role

A dedicated Nurse responsible for delivering on‑site primary healthcare, managing occupational injuries, conducting health screenings, and leading preventive wellness programs within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day primary medical care, triage and first aid for employees
• Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to identify health hazards and ensure compliance with national safety standards
• Coordinate pre‑employment examinations, routine check‑ups and return‑to‑work evaluations
• Monitor chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes, advising on medication and lifestyle
• Plan and execute workplace wellness initiatives including health awareness days and vaccination drives
• Maintain secure medical records and confidentiality, logging workplace accidents for reporting
• Coordinate referrals to external hospitals and insurance providers for claims
