The Camp Administrator manages daily operations of a company site camp, ensuring high standards of accommodation, catering, maintenance, and compliance while overseeing budgeting, inventory, and HSE protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee camp facilities and ensure safe, comfortable living conditions
- Coordinate daily catering, housekeeping, laundry, and waste management
- Supervise maintenance routines for buildings and utilities
- Manage room allocations and camp registry
- Control inventories of food rations, supplies, linens, and equipment
- Generate purchase requisitions and verify quality upon receipt
- Maintain fuel logs for generators and vehicles
- Control operating expenses against budgets
- Verify vendor invoices and service receipts
- Prepare operational reports
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct inspections and coordinate security
