About the Role

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s information systems and technology infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations within a microfinance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure service availability
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and equipment
• Support core business applications and users
• Implement data security, backup, and recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support system upgrades and new technology implementation
• Resolve network connectivity issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Prepare technical reports and status updates
