About the Role

The Car Salesperson is responsible for driving vehicle sales by building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent service from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assess needs
  • Recommend vehicles based on customer requirements
  • Explain vehicle features, specs, and pricing
  • Arrange test drives
  • Prepare quotations and sales contracts
  • Follow up with leads via phone and social media
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the sales system
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
  • Ensure post‑sale customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on new models, promotions, and competitors
