About the Role

The role oversees all human resource and administrative functions for a hospitality-focused organization, driving recruitment, policy development, employee relations, training, compliance, and operational support to maintain an efficient and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction programs
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
  • Establish performance evaluation systems
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Oversee office administration and facility management
  • Supervise administrative staff and support personnel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and company events
