The role oversees all human resource and administrative functions for a hospitality-focused organization, driving recruitment, policy development, employee relations, training, compliance, and operational support to maintain an efficient and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction programs
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
- Establish performance evaluation systems
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Law
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee office administration and facility management
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel
