The Store Keeper manages the safe storage and documentation of food and non-food commodities in a refugee camp warehouse, ensuring compliance with donor standards and producing regular inventory and reporting documents.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming commodities
- Document commodity transactions and maintain stack cards
- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure accurate counts
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
- Prepare monthly reports such as receipt summaries and loss status reports
- Provide training to staff on warehouse procedures
