About the Role

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MEAL systems for World Vision’s WFP-funded food and cash programs in Gambella, ensuring evidence‑based decision making and donor compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of MEAL systems for WFP-funded programs
  • Develop and standardize MEAL frameworks, tools, and indicators
  • Ensure integration of MEAL across projects and donor reporting
  • Build capacity of MEAL staff in data collection and analysis
  • Translate impact data into actionable insights for decision‑making
  • Oversee monitoring of surveys and evaluations
  • Promote accountability through feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with national MEAL teams on community engagement
