Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to supply chain functions at field program offices
- Develop and review operating plans, budgets, and sourcing strategies
- Lead procurement processes including RFQ/RFP and high‑spend negotiations
- Manage supplier performance metrics and procurement analytics
- Coordinate policy development and compliance with WVI standards
- Supervise functional leads in Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, Administration, and Construction Contract Administration
