About the Role

The role directs supply chain operations across multiple support functions at field program offices, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient procurement, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver cost‑effective services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to supply chain functions at field program offices
• Develop and review operating plans, budgets, and sourcing strategies
• Lead procurement processes including RFQ/RFP and high‑spend negotiations
• Manage supplier performance metrics and procurement analytics
• Coordinate policy development and compliance with WVI standards
• Supervise functional leads in Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, Administration, and Construction Contract Administration
