About the Role

The Storekeeper manages warehouse goods, oversees receipt and issuance of commodities, reconciles inventory records, and maintains organized documentation to support logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle warehouse goods and properties, ensuring proper use of receiving notes, issue logs, and bin cards
  • Receive and issue commodities and materials from store
  • Reconcile physical counts with bin and stock cards and report to commodity accountant or line manager
  • Create and maintain a structured filing system with stamped supporting documents
