About the Role

The Storekeeper oversees the safe storage and accurate documentation of all commodities in a refugee camp warehouse, ensuring adherence to World Vision and WFP standards while managing inventory, reporting, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of food and non‑food commodities
• Document all transactions and maintain stack cards
• Supervise loading/unloading and inspect goods for quality
• Prepare monthly reports such as receipt summaries, truck inspections, loss status, and inventory reports
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and pest control
• Provide training to staff and assist in capacity building
• Ensure compliance with World Vision and donor standards
