The Integrated Program Manager leads multi‑sector humanitarian interventions, providing strategic leadership, quality assurance, and cross‑sector integration to deliver effective emergency responses across priority regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic program design across Education, Protection, WASH, Health, Nutrition, Shelter/NFI, MPCA, Agriculture and Information Management sectors
- Supervise sector specialists and technical coordinators
- Ensure compliance with Sphere, CHS, INEE standards and donor requirements
- Conduct technical reviews, risk analysis, and adaptive management
- Represent the project in national coordination mechanisms and donor forums
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and grant reporting
