About the Role

The Fleet Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of all fleet operations for World Vision Ethiopia’s national office, ensuring efficient vehicle use, compliance with policies, and effective driver management while supporting emergency response logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet strategy with logistics team
• Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles
• Manage third‑party transport services and driver performance
• Ensure compliance with GPS usage and insurance policies
• Lead monthly review meetings and audit responses
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and security teams
