The Field Security Coordinator supports the Response Security Manager by developing and executing a national security strategy, managing risk assessments, leading field staff, and ensuring compliance with World Vision policies in high-risk environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security strategy aligned with WV policy
- Conduct risk assessments and country risk ratings
- Lead and manage field security focal persons
- Provide crisis support and incident reporting
- Build networks with local NGOs and security communities
- Coordinate capacity building and training plans
- Prepare regular security reports for stakeholders
