About the Role

The role oversees risk, compliance, internal audit, and fraud prevention within World Vision Ethiopia’s projects, ensuring adherence to donor regulations and effective management of food aid logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate program/project activities ensuring alignment with donor requirements
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions for timely implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation including reports and meeting minutes
• Inspect warehouses, conduct physical inventory, and report findings
• Guide field commodity teams in proper management of food aid resources
• Ensure compliance with donor warehousing standards and prevent corruption
• Report on organizational compliance with laws and regulations
