The Community Help Desk Facilitator coordinates feedback mechanisms and ensures timely response to community concerns within WFP-supported food assistance programs in Gambella refugee camps.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms at distribution points
- Lead and train community help desk committees
- Create awareness on food assistance roles
- Compile and report findings
- Build partner relationships with local government and UN agencies
- Ensure safe, dignified assistance delivery
- Facilitate referrals for CP and GBV cases
