About the Role

The Community Help Desk Facilitator coordinates feedback mechanisms and ensures timely response to community concerns within WFP-supported food assistance programs in Gambella refugee camps.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms at distribution points
  • Lead and train community help desk committees
  • Create awareness on food assistance roles
  • Compile and report findings
  • Build partner relationships with local government and UN agencies
  • Ensure safe, dignified assistance delivery
  • Facilitate referrals for CP and GBV cases
