About the Role

Responsible for managing receipt, storage, and distribution of food commodities while ensuring compliance with WFP standards and donor requirements, maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics, training staff, and upholding accountability systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of food commodities in compliance with WFP standards
• Coordinate transport planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records (waybills, ledgers) and donor reports
• Ensure adherence to GACAP and other organizational standards
• Train storekeepers and commodity accountants on record keeping and warehouse management
• Implement internal controls, monitor food quality, and manage loss claims
