Responsibilities
- Handle cash and cheque transactions for the field office
- Deposit cash and cheques to bank accounts
- Reconcile petty cash accounts
- Prepare revolving fund replenishment
- Cancel payment documents and verify financial records
- Effect approved cash payments, fuel coupons, and material purchases
- Provide daily cash reports and regulatory filings
- Manage material supplies and asset tagging
- Ensure safety of financial assets
