The Biometrician supports beneficiary identification and verification in World Vision’s food assistance program by delivering technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, configuring systems, and conducting user training to ensure efficient field operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, MS‑Teams, and Skype
- Log incidents in S‑MAX and generate status reports
- Configure and deploy Office 365 tools and other business applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Develop training materials and conduct on‑site user training
- Maintain security policies, manage credentials, and support data backup
- Coordinate asset procurement, inventory management, and service level monitoring
