Responsibilities
- Manage complaints and feedback from staff and beneficiaries
- Coordinate risk, internal control, compliance, audit, and fraud functions in the project office
- Ensure adherence to donor laws and regulations
- Identify potential risks with management and implement policies
- Monitor program progress and develop solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Inspect warehouses, conduct inventory checks, and ensure proper storage
- Guide field commodity teams on food aid resource management
