About the Role

The Community Help Desk Facilitator ensures that WFP-supported activities align with Complaints and Feedback Mechanism standards by establishing feedback platforms, training community teams, reporting findings, and fostering strong partner relationships to safeguard beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage feedback mechanisms at distribution points
  • Lead and train community help desk committees during distribution cycles
  • Create awareness on food assistance roles for participants
  • Compile and report findings via digital and paper systems
  • Build partner relationships with local government, RRS, RCC, UNHCR
  • Ensure safe and dignified assistance delivery
  • Facilitate referrals for CP and GBV cases
