The Community Help Desk Facilitator ensures that WFP-supported activities align with Complaints and Feedback Mechanism standards by establishing feedback platforms, training community teams, reporting findings, and fostering strong partner relationships to safeguard beneficiaries.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms at distribution points
- Lead and train community help desk committees during distribution cycles
- Create awareness on food assistance roles for participants
- Compile and report findings via digital and paper systems
- Build partner relationships with local government, RRS, RCC, UNHCR
- Ensure safe and dignified assistance delivery
- Facilitate referrals for CP and GBV cases
