About the Role

Lead the comprehensive review of WE-Action’s existing strategic plan and develop a forward‑looking plan (2027–2031), coordinating stakeholder engagement, analysis, and reporting to strengthen organizational direction.

Responsibilities

  • Review current strategic plan and assess performance
  • Conduct environmental (SWOT/PESTEL) analysis
  • Facilitate stakeholder consultations through interviews, workshops and surveys
  • Develop a new Strategic Plan for 2027–2031 including objectives, implementation framework, MEAL and risk management
  • Validate the draft plan with stakeholders and finalize the document
  • Produce and present reports and supporting materials
