The Program Coordinator will lead coordination of WE-Action’s development initiatives in Addis Ababa, working closely with field staff and partners to ensure smooth implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly action plans
- Support field and project coordinators in regional representation
- Ensure projects are implemented on schedule and within budget
- Maintain communication with staff and partners
- Build relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
- Manage agreements and MOUs at the regional level
- Prepare progress reports for donors and government signatories
- Utilise and manage project resources efficiently
- Apply quality and accountability standards across programs
