Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of women‑empowerment projects across Addis Ababa and surrounding areas, ensuring effective coordination with partners and adherence to budgetary and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for women empowerment initiatives
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders across multiple sites
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability
• Ensure compliance with migration-related regulations
