The MEL Manager will design, implement and strengthen data systems, dashboards and learning mechanisms to support evidence‑based decision making for family planning and reproductive health programs in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and digitalization of MEL systems for Willows International Ethiopia
- Oversee data quality assurance, analysis, reporting and learning activities
- Coordinate baseline assessments and routine monitoring
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for program performance
- Build capacity in MEL and digital tools among staff and partners
- Collaborate with Ministry of Health and other stakeholders
- Prepare donor and internal reports
