Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager (MELM)

About the Role

The MEL Manager will design, implement, and strengthen Willows International Ethiopia’s monitoring, evaluation, learning, and digital systems to support evidence-based decision-making and improve reproductive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of MEL systems, dashboards, and reporting platforms
• Oversee data quality assurance and routine monitoring activities
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for program performance
• Produce reports and evidence products for donors and stakeholders
• Build capacity of staff and partners in MEL and digital tools
• Coordinate with Ministry of Health and regional health bureaus
