About the Role

Manages the receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of inventory for materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate records, safe handling, and timely distribution to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
  • Record all receipts, issues, transfers, and returns accurately in the inventory system
  • Store materials safely and systematically to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration
  • Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel according to company procedures
  • Conduct routine stock counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with health and safety requirements
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments to ensure efficient stock movement
