Responsibilities
- Provide high-level corporate finance advisory services including financial modeling, valuation, and capital structuring
- Lead complex transaction execution such as M&A, debt/equity financing, restructurings, and divestitures
- Conduct detailed due diligence, prepare investment memoranda and pitch books
- Perform industry and market research to develop forecasts and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored recommendations
