Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-sectoral projects in Education, Health, WASH, Food Security, and Peacebuilding
- Develop detailed implementation plans, budgets, and timelines
- Supervise project staff and ensure effective teamwork
- Coordinate with government offices, community leaders, and partner organizations
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies
- Prepare and submit timely progress, financial, and narrative reports
- Monitor project outcomes and maintain quality assurance across all activities
- Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for staff and community stakeholders
- Represent the organization in coordination meetings and forums
