About the Role

The Nephrologist provides comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of kidney diseases, hypertension, and electrolyte disorders, including dialysis and transplant care, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and educating patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with kidney-related issues and diagnose conditions via clinical assessment and labs
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication and dietary recommendations
• Manage dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal) and provide pre/post-transplant care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain detailed patient records
• Educate patients/families on disease progression and lifestyle modifications
• Mentor junior staff and stay updated on nephrology advancements
