Responsibilities
- Provide continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and hemodynamic parameters
- Administer medications and manage IV/arterial lines
- Operate life-support equipment such as ventilators and monitors
- Respond to medical emergencies and participate in ALS resuscitation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient plans
- Manage pain, wound care, and infection control
- Document care accurately in electronic records
- Support families with education and emotional support
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development
