Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hospital staff, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for all approved vacancies
- Source qualified candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals
- Screen applications and prepare shortlists based on job requirements
- Conduct written examinations, interviews and practical assessments
- Manage onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation
- Maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labour Proclamation and internal policies
