The Human Resource Officer – Learning and Development coordinates, plans, and implements training and development programs to enhance workforce capability and support the hospital’s performance management and compliance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual Training Needs Assessment across departments
- Develop and implement hospital learning plan with managers
- Manage training budget and monitor implementation
- Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences
- Handle employee registration, scheduling, logistics, and communication for trainings
- Liaise with training providers and professional associations
- Maintain accurate training records and HRIS competency data
- Coordinate new hire orientation and departmental onboarding
- Support performance management system and individual development plans
- Facilitate succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Prepare training reports and analyze ROI
- Promote continuous learning culture and employee engagement
