About the Role

The Human Resource Officer – Learning and Development coordinates, plans, and implements training and development programs to enhance workforce capability and support the hospital’s performance management and compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual Training Needs Assessment across departments
  • Develop and implement hospital learning plan with managers
  • Manage training budget and monitor implementation
  • Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences
  • Handle employee registration, scheduling, logistics, and communication for trainings
  • Liaise with training providers and professional associations
  • Maintain accurate training records and HRIS competency data
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and departmental onboarding
  • Support performance management system and individual development plans
  • Facilitate succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
  • Prepare training reports and analyze ROI
  • Promote continuous learning culture and employee engagement
