About the Role

Finance Manager responsible for all financial operations of Washington Healthcare PLC’s hospitals, overseeing budgeting, reporting, treasury, and regulatory compliance to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual budgets with department managers
• Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow plans, and variance analyses
• Oversee accounting functions including payroll, GL, and month‑end closing
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and liquidity
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, internal controls, and audit requirements
