About the Role

The Project Manager will lead the day‑to‑day implementation of a human rights and conflict resilience project in Ethiopia, coordinating activities, managing budgets, ensuring donor compliance, and fostering stakeholder engagement to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project implementation
  • Prepare implementation plans and reports
  • Monitor progress against outputs and timelines
  • Engage consortium partners and stakeholders
  • Organize trainings, workshops and meetings
  • Draft Terms of Reference and supervise consultants
  • Ensure donor compliance and financial monitoring
  • Maintain project records and documentation
  • Support M&E, learning and knowledge management
  • Advocate and enhance project visibility
