The Finance Officer supports the organization’s financial operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with policies, assisting budgeting, reconciliations, payroll, and audit activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and journal entries
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Support budget preparation and expenditure monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Assist payroll processing and tax filings
- Provide records for internal and external audits
- Handle other finance duties as assigned
