The Forex Bureau Manager oversees all operational, business development, compliance, and financial activities of the bureau, ensuring regulatory adherence, customer service excellence, and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee day‑to‑day Forex Bureau operations
- Ensure efficient delivery of foreign currency services
- Monitor daily FX transactions and performance
- Maintain cash balances and operational controls
- Develop business growth strategies and market share initiatives
- Build relationships with corporate customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with NBE directives, AML, KYC, CTF
- Monitor suspicious transactions and report to authorities
- Review financial reports and manage profitability
- Lead and evaluate staff performance and development
