About the Role

The Sales Supervisor leads the sales team to meet revenue targets, expands market coverage, manages key customer relationships, and ensures effective execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of the sales team
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
  • Execute sales promotions and merchandising activities
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates
  • Conduct field visits to support and coach representatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
