Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Execute sales promotions and merchandising activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates
- Conduct field visits to support and coach representatives
