The Deputy CEO leads strategy, growth, and digital transformation initiatives at Vital Security, driving revenue, enhancing client relationships, and integrating advanced technologies to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Increase company revenue and strengthen client relationships
- Improve proposal and tender quality and track pipeline growth
- Ensure QR Patrol, digital reporting, control room monitoring, and dashboards improve operational visibility
- Separate digital detection from operational correction to prevent hidden performance failures
- Coordinate technology implementation and ensure adoption by operations and management
- Prepare growth and digital scorecards for CEO review
- Support transformation toward a modern integrated security service model
