The role oversees all Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) activities for the PACT project, ensuring compliance with Gold Standard requirements through surveys, reporting, and data management across six Ethiopian regions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Gold Standard surveys and quantitative data analysis
- Prepare monthly CO₂ Balance reports
- Visit project sites quarterly for monitoring
- Verify and submit survey data to standards
- Collaborate with MRV Officer on methodology integration
- Provide technical guidance to CLTS team leaders
- Facilitate CTF registrations
- Submit periodic government reports
- Perform MRV tasks assigned by the country section
- Participate in MEAL activities
- Supply timely data to Data Management Team
- Document success stories and best practices
- Support PQM team monitoring and evaluation
- Ensure data quality and submit datasets
- Carry out other duties as directed
