The Customer Service Supervisor leads the front‑desk team, manages key performance indicators, resolves escalated complaints, oversees contribution collection, prepares performance reports, coaches staff, and continuously improves service processes to strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and KPIs such as response time, conversion rate, member retention
- Handle escalated complaints through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in‑person communication
- Collect due and overdue member contributions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Improve service processes to enhance customer experience
- Ensure accurate documentation of interactions in the system
